About BSides São Paulo
BSidesSP is a one-day conference on information security and hacker culture, organized by Brazilian infosec profissionals with support from Garoa Hacker Clube, the first hackerspace in Brazil. BSidesSP aims to promote the hacker culture and the integration between security researchers, professionals, and students.
BSidesSP will be free of charge and wants to create a day full of activities to promote information security and hacker culture in the country, with various activities scheduled to take place simultaneously in various tracks, including talks and technical workshops. Attendees will also have the opportunity to discuss career in infosec industry (at Hacker Job Fair) and will have the opportunity to meet Brazilian developers of Open Source tools at Brazilian Arsenal.
BSidesSP is a Portuguese-speaking conference. We do accept talks in English and Spanish, but no translation service is available at the conference.
